Briefly describe how you could support Vara to work with her uncertainty and difficulties about making the wright choices for her future.

I could support Vara by helping her clarify what it is she wants to achieve and more specifically, put these in order of priority. We could us the SMART Technique for this which means Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely strategic goals. I identify her own strengths and resources to help her achieve those set goals, and we could also have to look at her behaviour.
